Our overall quality management is oriented towards optimising
for manufacturability, complete with panelisation &
test coupons as per exacting MIL and IPC standards.
This gives the manufacturing group total confidence in the
final product as it is built in right from design level.
Design and fabrication of PCBs for avionics, space
and other mission critical applications is our speciality.
Boards designed by Alpha-Imager have passed rigorous flight
tests. Recognising us as their Creative Partner leading research

Validation

New part
when created are checked and documented in standard format
Any modification
done during the design process will be recorded and implemented
Checking
is done of input data, libraries, mechanical dimensions, placement,
routing, Gerber data, drill details archiving and final documents
Customer
feedback and design modifications are documented and carried
out
Photoplot
films are inspected for line width, quality and registration.
